La tutela della salute sul lavoro nel prisma del metodo partecipativo

The essay aims at analyzing the topic of health protection at work within the perspective of the participative method, staring from the consideration of the intrinsically communitarian-participative nature of the right to health. As far as occupational health is concerned, this expresses itself in the presence of a community within which individual and collective-union actors play a role that may refer both to the conflictual and participative method. The latter protects health through a combination of participation rights and cooperation duties. Pandemic sems to produce contradictory effects on the use of the participative method, since, on the one hand, enhances it, on the other due to the massive use of remote work, jeopardizes its very basis.
