In this chapter, relying upon the theoretical and empirical results from previous chapters (as well as from the entire research project), we provide some possible useful guidelines for training and developing digital and practical skills for public employees. In more detail, the chapter maps out and summarizes key skills and competences required to employees to deal with the modern (increasingly) digitalized public sector. Here, we also draw the concluding remarks and provide some theoretical and practical implications from our research project.
