Dimensioni urbane e politiche di gestione delle città tra tradizione e innovazione

The paper analyzes the impact of the use of technological solutions, including AI, on the role (and, therefore, on the power) of the PA in the digital age in its relations with citizens and, also in perspective, on the data protection in the light of the Algorithm principles provided by European and domestic law. The study demonstrates that the underlying regulatory requirement is unable to combine technological development with the principles and goal of sustainable development leading to doubts about the actual usefulness and effectiveness which originate from defects in the setting and method of the legislation.
