In this paper we describe a novel algorithm based on Game Theory for Community Detection in Social Networks. Extending several Game Theoretic approaches that are well established in the literature, we propose a novel algorithm that outperforms the previous ones in terms of computational complexity and efficiency of results, as proved by a number of experiments on standard data sets.
