Information and digital technologies help public organisations to promote inter-organisational, collaborative and cooperative processes and relationships, building smart communities that contribute to creating public value within society and ecosystems. Technology helps public organisation to emerge as an ecosystem that enables to develop public services delivery and quality, becoming digital and smart institution that uses technology for building partnership with citizens and businesses as a means to drive community to achieve sustainability.
