This article aims to analize the coherence of the last reform of Common Agricultural Policy with the general objectives of the european integration process. The Eu aims to integrate objectives of sustainability in all its economic policies with respect to economic, environmental and social sustainability. Agricultural policy has a fundamental role in EU general strategy. The last CAP reform provides some elements in the direction of a improved contribution to sustainability: total decoupling, cross-compliance are some of these. In this sense, the last CAP reform seems to give reasonable elements to be intepreted as coherent with the main objectives of the european integration process, both on domestic and international contest.
