The paper is a preliminary attempt at defining a theoretical business model called entrepreneurial strategic formula (ESF). The ESF defines and evaluates over time the firm's strategic profile in its external strategic front, as defined by the strategic business unit, capital markets and social context; and in its internal strategic front, as defined by the basic elements of the internal framework of the firm itself. The originality of the ESF lies in defining the relationship between external and internal strategic fronts of the firm based on structural-systemic-dynamic consonance over time between all its elements. The firm's ESF is a guide for managers and entrepreneurs in defining the firm strategic profile and evaluating it over time.

Abstract
The paper is a preliminary attempt at defining a theoretical business model called entrepreneurial strategic formula (ESF). The ESF defines and evaluates over time the firm's strategic profile in its external strategic front, as defined by the strategic business unit, capital markets and social context; and in its internal strategic front, as defined by the basic elements of the internal framework of the firm itself. The originality of the ESF lies in defining the relationship between external and internal strategic fronts of the firm based on structural-systemic-dynamic consonance over time between all its elements. The firm's ESF is a guide for managers and entrepreneurs in defining the firm strategic profile and evaluating it over time.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
