Abstract

The objective of this study is to propose a model for classification of e-justice innovations based on two variables (intensity of technological innovation and impact on organization and management), which could be useful to systematically address problems related to the implementation of innovations and to the evaluation of their effectiveness. In particular, we have conducted a case study on the court of Naples trying to classify the innovations implemented.
