The purpose of this investigation was to develop a list of critical best practices that could be used to take advantage of other Sports Organizations for disabled in the future. We chose to investigate a case study in order to describe this type of specific activity in Italian context. The research was conducted by a series of field interviews. Results went presented in terms of: organization objectives; leveraging activities; and results. The resulting data revealed a number of very strengths considered as distinct best practices.
