The experience we refer here concerns a laboratory carried out within the training course "Women, Politics and Institutions" organized by the University of Naples "Federico II" a.y. 2012/13 for the dissemination of the culture of gender and increasing the participation of women in educational, social and political institutions. The activities of the workshop were mainly a reflection on the educational practices of care, especially with regard to family relationships and parenting, making use of the narrative through the poetic device of Haiku, a short poem of Japanese origin which, for simplicity and incisiveness, it is proved to be particularly suited to give voice to moods and feelings on the topic, but also to elicit a more formalized representations and reflections problematized within the laboratory.
