L’architettura delle fonti e dei rapporti di finanziamento nelle piccole e medie imprese high-tech. Primi riscontri di un’indagine empirica

The paper shows some peculiarities of high-tech SMEs financial management, in order to delineate critical issues and strengths guiding the criteria for procurement and management of financial resources of these specific players. In particular, based on the findings obtained from an analysis of eight case studies, our attention is focused on the architecture of the sources, the financial know-how that characterizes the business cases, the approach of the entrepreneur about the relationship with the credit system and the type of bank with which these companies have the main financial relations.
