The trade perspective of sustainability which is implemented today at global level is at the heart of the Environmental issues. Stakeholders who experience difficulties in competing at a territorial level, for an efficient management of social, economic and human capital, are led to using environmental dumping policies. This strategy makes the natural capital unable to sustain the need for eco-system services linked to the three determinants of well-being sustainability. The green society’s conceptual framework is, according to us, a sustainable solution, under four conditions: 1. the implementation of Environmental empowerment; 2. global environmental rules; 3. fielding of strategies of non-homologation of territorial systems, 4. give voice to particular environmental stakeholders through non-profit organizations that operate in the environmental field. In the present work, the thesis that will be submitted to a general reflection is precisely that the Green Society is the answer to the Environmental issue. It should prevent it from becoming more and more limiting in pursuing the new project of society, in territorial systems put in crisis by global competition.
