These solutions include measures in various areas, from education to employment, social protection, and entrepreneurship. A significant degree of attention was devoted to school-to-work transition (SWT) processes and Active Labour Market Policies (ALMPs), due to their pivotal role in the process of labour market integration. SWTs and employability are connected, as a person must possess the required skills (e.g. knowledge, competencies, attitudes, and qualifications) to secure and retain employment, cope with the labour market conditions and demands, and move between jobs
