In the current educational scenario, the role of the teacher is configured as a complex dynamic interaction between technical competences, relational abilities and reflective attitudes. This contribution is based on the analysis of training workshops structured according to an Embodied Cognition Based approach, conducted in various context throughout Italy, and aims to promote substantial reflection, open to epistemic pluralism and the construction of new meanings referring to the personal and professional self-perception of teaching and educational staff.

Abstract
