La crisi energetica e la produzione di energia rinnovabile tra semplificazioni e decretazione d’urgenza

The subject of this article is the investigation of the measures that have been urgently taken to deal with the energy crisis resulting from the Russian-Ukrainian war conflict. In particular, it will focus on the tools for simplifying procedures, introduced to incentivize the installation of plants intended for the production of energy from renewable sources, pointing out that the shortage of this form of energy cannot be addressed only through simplifying tools (adopted, often, even as a matter of urgency). These must, in fact, necessarily be flanked by more structured interventions that, in taking into account the delicacy and complexity of the issue, aim to better involve citizens, who, through adequate information and concrete and effective participation, can make their contribution to the goal of decarbonization and to the responsible implementation of policies on the subject.
