For several years, the quality of teaching has been considered an indicator of cultural productivity in terms of students' learning, an element that tends to increase competitiveness. The competences that will have to outline the 'outgoing profile' of the support teacher converge on the knowledge of several dimensions. The aim of this work is to compare the incoming and outgoing skills of the learners of the Specialization Course for the support activity of the University Parthenope.

Abstract
