The aim of the present work is to deepen the theme of sports facilities and its strategic, operational and management role, in developing educative and socio-economic benefits both for owners and managers of the same that for the entire community. Sport in time was approached more and more to economy, education and business rules up to represent a multi-value sector. Consequently sports facilities can no longer play exclusively to the task of hosting a mere sporting activity, but they must be able to ensure a supply of multivariate services. The paper proposes, in this respect, the analysis of a multifunctional stadium (Juventus Stadium), which case studies in support of the possibility to generate the above mentioned benefits
Lo scopo del presente lavoro è quello di approfondire la tematica degli impianti sportivi ed il relativo ruolo strategico, operativo e gestionale nello sviluppo di benefici educativi e socio-economici sia per i proprietari e gestori dello stesso che per l’intera collettività. Lo sport nel tempo si è avvicinato sempre di più alle regole dell’economia, dell’educazione e del business fino a rappresentare un settore multi-valoriale. Di conseguenza gli impianti sportivi non possono più assurgere esclusivamente al compito di ospitare una mera attività sportiva, bensì devono essere in grado di garantire un offerta di servizi multivariata.
