The paper is focused on the experimental assessment of wellness and comfort on board planing craft, by Vibration Dose Value, Motion Sickness Incidence and Vomiting Incidence indexes, actually embodied in ISO International Standards. For a deep-V warped model vertical accelerations at the centre of gravity and bow have been assessed by experimental tests, carried out at the University of Naples “Federico II” Towing Tank. Tests are performed at four speeds, corresponding to volumetric Froude numbers ranging from 2.19 to 4.38 in irregular head sea waves, described by JONSWAP spectrum. Digital filtering to weight measured acceleration according to ISO 2631-1, 1997 is applied to time series. Obtained Vibration Dose Value, Motion Sickness Incidence and Vomiting Incidence are commented with respect to vessel speed, position on board the vessel and state of the art.
