But when you examine the formulation of an organizational strategy, you quickly realize that strategy is really about choice. In this context project risk management based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach is a systematic process of identifying, analyzing and responding to risks manage. This paper presents the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as a potential decision making method in project risk management field. The final aim of our work is to define a model for evaluating the performance of product development in order to measure their achievement and activate pathways for improvement.
