During the redesign of the examinations recording system in the Faculty of Economics of the University of Naples “Parthenope” the Authors, that they have participated to the planning, have estimated the performances through a calculation of pointers of efficiency and effectiveness of the new plan whether in terms of timeliness of the operations or in terms of rate error. They estimate also the performances of homogenous groups of agent along the production process. The lessening of the times and the costs are two of the main results obtained through the use of Information and Communication Technologies that have allowed, moreover, reducing the charge to Public Administration.
