The aim of this paper is to discuss the development of KREMM (Knowledge REpository of Mathematical Models), an interactive, multidisciplinary, flexible environment for web-based learning. It is aimed at mathematics for economic and financial applications. In particular, KREMM provides learning courses for undergraduate students of economic disciplines, where mathematics, statistics and computer science are made available by means of simple and widespread software tools, in order to make them effective in the understanding and analysis of phenomena from real world.
