The objective of this study is to propose a model for classification of e-justice innovations based on 2 variables (intensity of technological innovation and impact on organization and management), which could be useful to systematically address problems related to the implementation of innovations and to the evalua-tion of their effectiveness. In particular, we have conducted a case study on the court of Naples trying to classify the innovations implemented.
