Few years ago the Italian cyberspace, after a slow and uncertain developing, has been grown cause administration’s strenuous activity aimed to plan a virtual spaces to promote meeting opportunities between establishment and citizens, and to give out informations, communication tools and services. It is a great revolution in the space- temporal geographical relations and in the models of social organization and political participation. The interaction due to a informatical structure is an innovative governance’s system, and it gives an extraordinary developing occasion. The ICT revolution, also by a virtual place’s nets, acquires a special geographical value, due to the effects produced on the society and on governance’s system, not due to the changes on distributive plain only.
